The Records Bureau is tasked with a wide range of functions including the safekeeping of Property and Evidence, Firearms Processing, Expungements, and Outside Employment among other responsibilities.
Any and all OPRA (Open Public Records Act) requests are submitted via the City of Hoboken’s website, CLICK HERE. This also pertains to most Police Records.
