Based on a description provided, officers identified the actor as 45-year-old Damont Dyer of Hoboken. Dyer was quickly located on the 300 block of Washington Street, and he was detained. The Hoboken Police Department (HPD) is now accepting donations for the fifth annual Sgt. Peter Zanin “Peachy” Toy Drive.
